1. What ThuccaAI is

ThuccaAI is an AI assistant for Windows that, when you ask, reads your screen and transcribes your computer's audio to suggest answers, explanations and summaries. Answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes: double-check before relying on any information.

2. AI keys and third-party costs

The app uses your own API key from AI providers (such as OpenRouter and Google Gemini). Those providers charge for their services directly to your account, under their own terms. EmiApps does not control those services and is not responsible for their prices, availability or content.

3. Responsible use

You alone are responsible for how you use the app. You agree to:

1. follow the rules of any interview, exam, assessment, platform or employer where you use the app;
2. obtain people's consent when transcribing or summarizing conversations, as required by applicable law;
3. not use the app for illegal activities, fraud, infringing other people's rights or circumventing security systems.

Stealth mode only keeps the window out of screen captures and screen sharing; using it appropriately is your responsibility.

4. Account, plans and payments

Some features require an account and a Premium subscription (monthly) or a 7-day pass. Payments are processed by Stripe. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or pause it at any time in Settings › Subscription, and access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refund requests: [email protected]. The account is personal: Premium works on up to 2 computers, one in use at a time.

5. Your data

Session history, screenshots and settings stay on your computer; API keys are stored encrypted on your computer. When you ask for an answer, the screenshot, text and/or audio are sent to the AI provider you chose. For your account and subscription we store your email, plan and devices in use (Supabase and Stripe). Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can reply. We do not sell your data.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its brand and its code belong to EmiApps. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may not copy, resell, decompile or distribute modified versions of the app.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without errors, that it is compatible with every call app or that AI answers are correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmiApps is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, interview or exam outcomes, or consequences of misuse of the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; important changes will be announced in the app or on the website. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms. You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
